Luke 2:10-11 (NLT) – ‘Don’t be afraid. I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people. The Savior – yes, the Messiah, the Lord – has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David!’

Parent Discussion

Hey parents! Take some time this week to go through these discussion questions with your child. This will help reinforce our word of the week “guide.” Just like the wise men in our story, the Bible tells us that God will guide us too. When we listen to God, He promises to show us the way. We can trust that He will lead us to safety. 

1. How did God guide the wise men?
2. What did the wise men do when they found Jesus?
3. Can we trust that God will guide us too?
4. How can we look for God’s guidance?

This is the last week of our Christmas series. Next week (5/12) we’ll be having a class outing and then finish our last week at New Life Kids with our Christmas party and Grade 6/Prep graduation (12/12). We can’t wait to see you physically at church again!
