Parent Discussion
This week we talked about the first piece in the Armor of God, the Belt of Truth. The Belt
of Truth is knowing and living out God’s Word in our daily lives. It reminds us of God’s truth and prepares us for battle, just like a soldier’s belt secures his weapons and makes him ready to fight. Satan tries to confuse us by mingling lies with the truth, but by clinging tightly to the truth found in the Bible, we will not stray. Take some time this week to go through these discussion questions with your child
1. Have you ever told a lie?
2. Satan likes to tell lies. How can you stop yourself from believing those lies?
3. Where can you find God’s truth?
