(10 mins).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Pray together, responding to what God has been showing you in this Psalm. (5 mins)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">Read (20 mins):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><em>Read Genesis 18:7-15<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><em>It has been 25 years since God\u2019s promise to Abram (Gen 12:1-3). It has become clearer and more specific with each conversation Abra(ha)m has had with God. This is a repetition of the promise made to Abraham in Gen 17:21. Both Abraham and Sarah respond with incredulous laughter (Gen 17:17, 18:12).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">What promises of God are the most precious to you? How does your belief in them show practically in your life?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Are there promises that God has made to you\/us that you find difficult to believe? What are they? Why do you find it difficult to believe?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">How does the story of Abraham and Sarah\u2019s response show you about God\u2019s heart towards those who don\u2019t believe His promises?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">How can these promises become more real\/true to us?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">Respond (20 mins):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Spend a few minutes in personal reflection. What is the Holy Spirit impressing on your heart? (3 mins)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Take time to share how the Holy Spirit is challenging you. How can you be accountable to each other? Consider keeping a record for the purposes of prayer and accountability. (12 mins)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Pray for each other.
