(5 mins)<\/li>\n<li>Share with the group what God has been speaking to you. Is there a challenge for you? Have you been impressed with a particular characteristic of God? (10 mins).<\/li>\n<li>Pray together, responding to what God has been showing you in this Psalm. (5 mins)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: revert;font-size: revert;font-weight: revert\">Read (20 mins):<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Read John 14:1-7<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Share a time when you have felt distressed and\/or confused\/lost. How did you (instinctively) try to ease your distress? Do you have a \u201cgo-to\u201d self-soothing mechanism? In what ways does it fall short?<\/li>\n<li>What does it mean that Jesus is the way, truth and life? How does Jesus\u2019 identity relate to peace and comfort?<\/li>\n<li>How can you have peace even when circumstances don\u2019t change or resolve the way you want?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Respond (20 mins):<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Spend a few minutes in personal reflection. What is the Holy Spirit impressing on your heart? (3 mins)<\/li>\n<li>Take time to share how the Holy Spirit is challenging you. How can you be accountable to each other? Consider keeping a record for the purposes of prayer and accountability.
