Ephesians 3:20 (NCV)<\/p>\n<h3>Parent Discussion<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">We are half way through our journey of Daring Faith! Today your child learned about Joshua and how he let go of his doubts and fears and stepped out in faith for God. God asked Joshua to lead the Israelites through the Jordan River into the Promised Land. The Israelites had to step into the water before God dried it up and allowed their safe crossing!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">God asks us to do the same thing; to set aside our fears and imagine the incredible plan He has in store for us. Like Joshua, we are called to have a courageous type of faith! <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">1. What does it mean to be courageous?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">2. How was Joshua courageous in the story of crossing the Jordan River?<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">3. Have you ever imagined the amazing things that God has planned for your life? Tell me about some of the things you imagine and dream about.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">4. How can we be more courageous together?
